driver incentive money

Gordon Trucking, Inc. recently engaged a third party to complete extensive survey work with our professional truck driving associates.  The results of the surveys showed our drivers wanted opportunities to earn additional pay outside their normal compensation.  GTI listened to these concerns and is excited to announce our new plan to reward our top ranked truck drivers and pay credit where it is due.

Last September, during Driver Appreciation Week, GTI launched the new quarterly driver incentive program to go into effect starting October 1, the beginning of the fourth fiscal quarter.   The objective of the new incentive program is to reward our over the road company truck drivers for production, safety, fuel efficiency and exceptional service to our customers.

Today, Gordon Trucking is proud to announce that 348 truck driving associates received a bonus check last Friday for meeting the set guidelines and finishing in the top 60 percent of the scoring criteria among their peers in each of their respective divisions.
